Customize FAQ
1. What is your MOQ?
A: MOQ is 3000pcs/item/color. For potential merchants, we support 500pcs/item/color for the first cooperation.
2. Can I get samples?
A: Yes, the specific sample procurement process can be viewed on the Get Sample page.
3. How long is the production lead time?
A: It takes 30-45 days for quantity within 100Kpcs. If you need to rush, please contact the factory.
4. What format of file do you need if we want our own design?
A: We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF etc. ( AI will be the best for complicated designs) We will make drawing for mold or pattern design for your final confirmation.
5. How many colors are available?
A: We match colors with pantone color number. So you can just tell us Pantone color codes you need.
6. Which kinds of certificate would you have?
A: LFGB, FDA, BPA FREE, LEAD FREE, CA65
7. What is your payment term?
A: Normal payment terms are TT, 30% deposit for orders and 70% balance before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight.
8. How is the packaging?
A: The default packaging is 1pcs/poly bag/white box, if you have other requirements, we can also customize.
9. Do you support new product development?
A: Yes, we support OEM, MOQ is 80000 pieces per year.
